v1.0.6 Update

CHANGES:

1) Battle animations will now always be on during the final battle.

BUG FIXES:
1) On the naming screen, you can no longer go past the intended character limit.
2) Scrollbar menus have had their scroll speed adjusted to be slightly slower.
3) Other minor fixes.
